Discover Australia, One Town at a Time
There is something special about exploring Australia — from well-known regional centres to small country towns, historic communities and places many of us have only ever heard about.
As I travel around this beautiful country, I will continue adding new destinations to our Australian Armchair Travel collection. Each one is designed to encourage conversation, reminiscence and curiosity, whether residents have visited the area themselves, lived nearby, travelled through it years ago or simply enjoy discovering somewhere new.
The slideshows are intentionally not automatic. The facilitator controls when to move to the next slide, allowing plenty of time to pause, talk about the photographs, share memories, ask questions and enjoy those wonderful conversations that often become the best part of the activity.
