Most will have Microsoft Office PowerPoint on their computers, if you do not you may still view these presentations if you download PowerPoint Viewer from here, free from the Microsoft website.

Files downloaded from the internet are, by default, set to open in protected view. This won’t be obvious with a PPSM file but the macro will not be able to modify the presentation and will appear not to work.
To fix this, after downloading the file, in your downloads folder, right click on the file, click on “Properties”. Then click the UNBLOCK and apply. It should then work perfectly. Ensure all instructions are followed in the instruction/answers download for each game. If this doesn’t work, you need to discuss the issue with your IT department due to security settings they may have in place regarding macros. This something that cannot be fixed from this end. Apologies for any inconvenience.
